Giant's Rapid road bikes are designed for those who want a comfortable bicycle that will make riding on the roads easy and enjoyable for keeping fit, riding with friends or family, the commute to work or touring. The frame takes its compact road geometry and high speed design from the Giant Defy long distance road bikes, but instead of drop handlebars uses flat bars similar to those found on a mountain bike or a hybrid.
Essentially a straight handlebar road bike that gives great performance, comfort and control for leisure riding and fitness training. The Rapid is almost as quick as the defy with great ranging in the gears to give you the range you need to get you up the medium to the larger hills great bike for the commute and also to keep you fit for the price of this beauty it's well worth its money great buy.
