It come with a twin headed adapter that means you can easily use it on both types of valve without having to unscrew and fiddle with washers as you might on other pumps. It will easily inflate up to 120PSI that will be more than enough for nearly all Road and MTB tyres with the only exceptions being high pressure tubular racing tyres.
