Titec bar-ends are a tried and tested design that has been in production for many years under the 'Profile' brand. The clamp design takes up a minimal amount of handlebar so these bar ends can usually be installed without too much handlebar re-arrangement.

The two extra positions allow for more comfort when riding out of the saddle and allow more weight to be placed on the front wheel - useful when climbing mountains.
