Giant's SCR 4.0 brings their 'Sport-Comfort' road bike line to the masses by building the excellent, relaxed geometry frameset up with a mix of their own parts along with entry level Shimano components to keep production costs to an absolute minimum.

The frame itself takes it's compact geometry from the competition winning TCR and adjusts it to give a more relaxed, upright, open riding position which results in greater comfort on longer rides.

The SCR 4 is equipped with Cromo forks, which provide a more forgiving ride than aluminium, and Shimano's rugged and reliable 2200 16 speed gearing.
