For 08 Giant have completely redesigned the TCR carbon frameset. They have applied lessons that they have learnt from their extensive development process with the TCR advanced and the T- Mobile professional racing team.
The tubes have all been redesigned and now use the same profiling as on the advanced, increasing the stiffness where the frame needs it, and increasing the comfort by shaping the tubes and controlling the carbon layering in other areas for longer rides.

Manufactured in T700 carbon which has been proven at the highest level in races such as the Tour de France, and until recently was used in all Giant frames.

The components are the new Ultegra SL groupset which is now lighetr than the original Ultegra and is still as reliable.. Combine this with a carbon seat post and lightweight aluminium bars and stem and the bike has everything necessary to race at any level you wish.

The wheels are the new version of the lightweight and reliable Ksyrium Elites, and add greatly to the overall feel and ride of the bike

Ride Quality

The bike rides as good as it feels and is light and responsive, giving an exiting ride with its compact frame and racing geometry.

If you haven’t been on a compact bike before it might take a ride or two to get used to the handling but once you have adapted you will be grinning from ear to ear as you push it harder into corners and pound the pedals harder up a hill.

All in all this bike is a racing thoroughbred at a great price.
