Giant have taken the popularity of their original Bowery singlespeed track bicycle, picked it up and ran with it.
They have clearly noted the singlespeed cyclist's love of all things retro, and have expanded the range by introducing a straight bar version, a 70's inspired drop bar version and this 80's style classic fixie with aero track bars, old skool Sugino cranks, leather strapped toeclip pedals and a leather saddle traditionally finished with shiney rivets.

The traditional styling is built with the aid of 21st century materials, geometries and components to result in a very nice looking singlespeed fixed wheel bike that is also light weight, reliable, comfortable and handles with responsive ease.
The frame and forks do have eyelets for fitting brakes if you want total control out on the streets, but this version of Giant's excellent Bowery with it's specially produced handlebars is set up for a powerful, aggressive, high speed riding position, and is also guaranteed to turn heads while it's parked at the side of the track.
