The winter cruisers are a heavier guage sports tight, originally designed to keep you warm on a bicycle, but ideal for any outdoor sporting  or leisure activity.
They are a looser, less restrictive cut than most cycling leggings, with a more casual fit and feel that works well on a bike and also lends itself to all kinds of running and athletic disciplines, as well as not looking totally out of place down the shops.
Falls between the looseness of jogging bottoms and the skin-tightness of cycling tights.

The fabric is a cosy, fleece lined thermal material with a water repellant finish and reflective trim. There is a zipped hip pocked for essentials and foot stirrups provide a secure fit.
