The 2007 Z1 is a re-incarnation of the fork that changed the way people look at mountain bike suspension.
The original Z1 was the springboard for all subsequent incarnations of forks in the Bomber line. In honor of that the '07 Z1 was released with a retro paint and decal scheme combined with all the latest technology Marzocchi has to offer, such as the RC2 external rebound and compression damping adjustment and spring preload that works in tandem with Marzocchi's ETA lockout system, which when activated allows 30mm of travel to give a more comfortable ascent compared to a full lockout system.
